This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications published by Zenith Apps ("we", "our", "us"), including SplitSnap, WaterPing, ReceiptVault, FocusBell, and PaletteAI.

1. Information We Collect

Our apps are designed with privacy in mind. Here's what we collect:

• No personal data collected. We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or any personally identifiable information.
• Photos (SplitSnap, ReceiptVault, PaletteAI): Photos are processed entirely on your device. We never upload, store, or access your photos on any server.
• Health data (WaterPing): Your water intake data is stored locally on your device only. We do not transmit it anywhere.
• Usage data (FocusBell): Your timer stats and settings are stored locally on your device only.

2. Third-Party Services

Our apps may use the following third-party services:

• Google AdMob: Displays advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data for ad personalization. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Firebase Analytics: Collects anonymous usage statistics to help us improve the app. No personally identifiable information is collected. See Firebase Privacy.

3. Data Storage

All user-generated data (photos, receipts, water intake logs, timer stats, color palettes, settings) is stored locally on your device using secure on-device storage. We do not operate any servers that store your data.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with any third parties. The only data shared with third parties is anonymous analytics data through the services mentioned in Section 2.

5. Children's Privacy

Our apps do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Our apps are suitable for all ages and do not contain content restricted to adults.

6. Your Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control:

• Delete app data by clearing app storage or uninstalling the app
• Opt out of personalized ads in your device's privacy settings
• Disable analytics by turning off usage sharing in your device settings

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the app and updating the "Last updated" date.
